Viboard ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered card content generation app for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

We do not collect: your card content, your prompts, your BYOK API keys (they stay in your device's Keychain and are never transmitted to our servers), your location, or your contacts.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Account data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (us-central1). Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. The fastest way is to use Settings → Delete Account inside the app, which immediately and permanently erases all records we hold about you. You may also email us at viboardai@gmail.com.
For users in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Viboard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you via the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
